Rebekah Starkey Keasling, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Learning Networks at Kansas Leadership Center since May 2023 and previously held the role of Partner Manager. Prior to this, Rebekah served as the Director of Public Information and Community Engagement for the City of Hutchinson Kansas from January 2019 to May 2023. Rebekah's earlier experience includes positions such as Director of Development and Marketing at Interfaith Housing & Community Services, Inc., Marketing Manager at Lowen Color Graphics, and Art Director at Catalyst Creative Services. Rebekah began a career in graphic design at The Hutchinson News and Parsons Sun. Academically, Rebekah holds a Master of Public Affairs in Public Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from the University of Northern Colorado.
