Thane Chastain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in virtual learning, creative technologies, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Virtual Learning and Engagement and the Director of Creative Technologies at the Kansas Leadership Center since March 2013, Thane also holds the position of Dean of Special Projects at American Legion Jersey Boys State since August 2020. As the President and Owner of Owings Lockert Technologies LLC since June 1999, Thane has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Representative and Sales Associate at Jostens Printing Division from August 2000 to March 2013. Thane Chastain holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Wichita State University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Communications from Bethel College-North Newton.
