Thomas Stanley is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership initiatives, particularly within faith communities. Since June 2008, Thomas has held multiple roles at the Kansas Leadership Center, including Director of Business Initiatives, Director of Initiatives, and Director of Faith Initiatives, focusing on enhancing the leadership capacity of churches to positively impact their communities. Prior to this, Thomas was a Program Manager responsible for project management and program implementation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Brand Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from August 2007 to December 2008. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wichita State University, completing studies there from 2004 to 2008.
