Joann McRell

Joann McRell is an experienced Humanities Program Manager currently working at the Kansas State Department of Education. Prior to this, Joann held the position of Instructional Coach at USD #253 - Emporia Public Schools. With a background in education from Emporia State University, Kansas State University, and Peru State College, Joann has a proven track record as a dedicated educator and leader in English Language Arts education.
