Thomas Harris

Thomas Harris is an experienced engineer currently serving at K-State Technology Development Institute since January 2024. Previously, Thomas worked as a Research and Development Engineer at UC San Diego from June 2022 to January 2024 and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at OnRobot from November 2017 to September 2019. Earlier roles include 3D Printing Intern and Metrology Engineering Volunteer at Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator, SAT Prep Tutor at Kaplan Test Prep, and Operations Quality Engineer I at Covidien. Thomas has also contributed as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at the California Institute of Technology on multiple projects. Thomas holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and History from Caltech and completed a Summer Study Abroad program in Structural Engineering at the University of California, Davis.
