Rae Levin

Rae Levin is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Content Manager at the Kansas Turnpike Authority since December 2024. Previously, Rae managed the Creative Design Team at the WSU Community Engagement Institute from June 2021 to June 2024. A substantial tenure at Capital One from October 2010 to May 2021 included roles as Sr. Associate in Executive Communications & Campaigns and Leader Communications, among others. Rae began a career in sports communications with positions at Kansas State Football as a PR, Event Management & Operations Intern and at the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation as a Communications, Marketing & Social Media Intern. Academically, Rae holds a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Kansas State University and a Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of North Texas.
