Allison Long

Allison Long has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Allison began their career at Hallmark Cards as an Accountant/Analyst in 1985. Allison then worked as an Auditor at Arthur Young and Co. from 1987 to 1989. From 1991 to 1994, they served as an Accountant/Salesperson at The Plaid Giraffe. In 1997, they became the Financial Secretary at Northside Christian Church, where they managed financial administration and coordination of a bond issue and construction project. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Substitute Teacher in Public Schools. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Special Project Coordinator at Northside Christian Church. In 2006, they worked as a Tax Accountant at Jonna Albert Accounting. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Accounting Manager/Treasurer at AZOMITE Mineral Products, Inc., where they handled various financial aspects of the company and coordinated marketing activities. Allison then worked as a Controller at Hi5 Furniture, Inc. from 2011 to 2012, responsible for all financial facets of the company. Since 2012, Allison has been with KU Endowment, where they have held several roles, including Accounting Operations Manager, Director of Human Resources, Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Operating Officer.

Allison Long attended The University of Kansas from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Allison has not obtained any additional certifications so far.
