Meghan Flanders has a diverse work experience. Meghan currently works as the Development Director - School of Law at KU Endowment since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a State Government Program Evaluator at the Legislative Division of Post Audit from May 2015 to October 2022. Meghan also worked as a Trial Attorney at Northeast Kansas Conflict Office from January 2014 to May 2015, and as an Attorney at The Ragan Law Firm, PA from February 2011 to January 2014. Additionally, they served as a Law Clerk at Legal Aid Clinic from August 2009 to May 2010 and as a Research Assistant at the University of Kansas School of Law from August 2008 to May 2010. Meghan began their professional career as an AmeriCorps*VISTA at AmeriCorps from July 2006 to July 2007, where they helped establish a sustainable service learning center for the University of Kansas.

Meghan Flanders completed their education with a Bachelor of General Studies (B.G.S) degree in Religious Studies and Sociology from The University of Kansas, a four-year course starting in 2002 and ending in 2006. Continuing their educational journey, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
