Zach Ward

Zach Ward is a Cyber Security Analyst at KU Endowment since November 2020, where responsibilities include providing Tier 2 support for various systems and troubleshooting related issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Retail Store Manager at T-Mobile, where Zach was responsible for customer satisfaction and driving sales metrics, and a Corporate Trainer at Cricket Wireless, focusing on new hire orientation and sales training. At Sprint, Zach served as Program Manager for the Sprint Works Program, managing marketing relationships and ensuring operational excellence. Earlier in a seven-year tenure at Custom Communications - AT&T, Zach held multiple roles including Multi Store Manager and Regional Operations Manager, emphasizing team leadership and customer experience. Zach began a career in customer service at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Customer Solutions Consultant. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security from Western Governors University, Zach brings a diverse skill set to the IT and customer service sectors.
