Tobias van der Hoeven

Tobias van der Hoeven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and public service. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Pro 10 Inkoopadvies en detachering since September 2012, Tobias also holds the position of Member of the Municipal Council for the CDA faction in Gemeente Oegstgeest since March 2018. With a focus on strategic and tactical procurement, Tobias has provided advisory services in various temporary roles for organizations including Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu, Kansspelautoriteit, and several municipalities such as Gemeente West Betuwe and Gemeente Almere. Tobias's academic background includes degrees in Law and Administrative Science from Leiden University, complemented by a Gymnasium degree from College 't Loo / Kalsbeek College.
