David Smyth is a seasoned executive in global operations with extensive experience in digital media measurement and client services. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Kantar since October 2016, David oversees global operations for digital media and key accounts, focusing on scaling capabilities and aligning strategies across regions. Previously, David led operations for Kantar's APAC region and played a significant role in integrating the China business into the global organization. David's operational expertise was further developed during a long tenure at TNS, where responsibilities included migrating the organization to IBM SPSS Dimensions and building local operation teams. David's career also includes roles in project management and client services at AIS Market Research and Panagraph. David holds a BA in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
