Susheel Kumar

Susheel Kumar is currently the Associate Director of AI Operations at Kantar, where they lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation in data quality and AI operations. With extensive experience in the telecom sector as a Project Lead and Project Manager at Netcracker Technology from 2010 to 2022, Susheel has spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance fraud detection and response accuracy on global survey platforms. They are pursuing a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a Master of Science in Psychology from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Diploma in Java Technologies from NIIT.
