Elaine Duong has a diverse work experience spanning from 2019 to the present. Elaine started their career as a Social Media Intern at Ronald McDonald House Orange County and later worked as a Marketing Intern at LiveSmart Technologies. In 2019, they also served as the Marketing Strategist at KETIV Technologies, Inc. and held multiple roles at Pi Sigma Epsilon, including VP of Marketing and Philanthropy Director.

In 2020, Elaine worked as a Marketing Assistant at California State University, Fullerton and held the role of LinkedIn Learning Campus Ambassador. Additionally, they were an Analytics and Events Coordinator at Project Snapshot, where they successfully led initiatives to improve program satisfaction and launch an 8-week program for students.

In February 2020, they completed the WordPress.com Essential Training course from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Google Analytics Essential Training, WordPress 4 Essential Training, Marketing Tools: Digital Marketing, Accessibility for Web Design, SEO Foundations, and Content Marketing Foundations. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn and Lynda.com.
