M. Veronica Bocian Ed.

Veronica Bocian, M. Ed., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and communication education. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Marketing at Traliant since October 2021, Veronica leads innovative compliance training initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace dynamics. In addition to this role, Veronica has been an Adjunct Communications Professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College since August 2022, where responsibilities include designing and delivering lectures on various communication topics. Previous positions include Associate Director of Marketing and Communications and Communications and Marketing Associate at The Swain School, as well as Marketing Coordinator at Dunn Twiggar Company, LLC, and a Marketing Intern at ArtsQuest. Veronica holds a Master of Education from Cedar Crest College and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
