Georg Heim

Georg Heim is the Bereichsleiter Wasserbau at Kanton Bern, where they oversee water construction efforts. They possess extensive experience in disaster risk reduction and ecological rehabilitation, having served as a Project Manager at GEOTEST AG and a Technical Expert at the Swiss Red Cross. Georg also held the position of Scientific Officer at the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment, focusing on hydropower plant rehabilitation. They earned a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Berne.
