Pascal Franz is currently the Teamleiter Rechnungswesen at the Wirtschafts-, Energie- und Umweltdirektion des Kantons Bern since 2022. Previously, they served as the Leiter Kreditorenbuchhaltung at Inselspital Bern from 2011 to 2014 and as the Leiter Fonds und Mandate at Insel Gruppe from 2018 to 2022. Pascal holds a Fachmann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis, which they obtained from WKS KV Bildung between 2011 and 2013.
