Marc Bohlender has extensive experience in talent development and education within the beauty industry, currently serving as EMEA Talent & Development Manager and Global Technical Training Manager at Kao Corporation since February 2016. Marc's responsibilities include leading a team to develop service concepts, creating product knowledge support for launches, and collaborating with Marketing and R&D on go-to-market strategies. Previously, Marc held the position of Education Manager for L'Oréal Professionnel in Austria and worked as Training Manager at Kao Corporation, focusing on education planning and the execution of global training initiatives. Earlier career roles include Education Manager at KAO Austria and Creative Director for the Herbig-Coiffeur Group, along with experience as a tour guide.
