Richard Collar

Richard Collar has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Richard is currently the Technical Director at Kao Data since February 2021. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Hurley Palmer Flatt, initially as an Associate and later as an Associate Director. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Engineer at Deerns. Before that, they held the position of Principal Engineer at Cundall from 2004 to 2013. Richard started their career as a Project Engineer at NIFES Consulting Group from 2001 to 2004 and previously worked as a Planning Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. from 1999 to 2000.

Richard Collar attended Newport Free Grammar School from 1989 to 1996. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering Science and Technology from Brunel University London from 1996 to 2001.
