Erica Palmer

Erica Palmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of cosmetic science and product development. Currently serving as a Chemist and R&D Group Leader at Kao Brands since October 2004, Erica has been instrumental in team development, product development strategy, formulation, and leading research initiatives. Prior to this, Erica worked at Bath and Body Works from 1997 to 2004, progressing from Group Leader to R&D Group Leader. Erica holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy and Cosmetic Sciences from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy, obtained between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The University of Toledo, completed from 1987 to 1993.
