Laura Huggard Cpcc

Laura Huggard, CPCC, ACC, currently serves as the Loyalty Program and Platform Manager for Salon, Americas at Kao Corporation since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Retention Manager for Voila by Sobeys from November 2022 to September 2023, and Manager of Rewards Marketing at LoyaltyOne from 2019 to November 2022. Laura also contributed as a Specialist in Loyalty Marketing at Canadian Tire Corporation from 2017 to 2019, and was an In-Retail Marketing Coordinator at Mosaic North America from November 2016 to August 2017. Earlier in Laura's career, experience was obtained as a Sales Coordinator at Rogers Communications from 2013 to 2016. Educational qualifications consist of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Book + Magazine Publishing from Centennial College (2012-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western University (2007-2011).
