Marco Guidotti

Marco Guidotti currently serves as the Marketing & Trade Marketing Associate Director at Kao Corporation, leading marketing efforts for KAO Salon Business brands in Italy since July 2020. Previously, Marco held the position of Head of Marketing at Coty, overseeing 75% of the Coty Professional Beauty business through the Wella and Kadus brands from April 2017 to July 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where Marco was the Wella Italy Indirect Channel Commercial Leader and the Trade Marketing Manager for the Direct Channel, as well as an internship at Deutsche Bank as a Credit Risk Analyst. Marco earned a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, with additional studies as a visitor at Queen's University.
