Valeria de Fiore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and strategic development within the beauty and luxury sectors. Currently serving as General Manager for Italy and Southern Europe and Deputy CEO at Kao Corporation since April 2016, Valeria has been instrumental in leading the Salon Division. Prior to this, Valeria held the position of General Manager for La Prairie s.p.a., where Valeria effectively managed the brand's performance, securing the second market share position in a challenging environment. Valeria's tenure at Bulgari Parfums, both as Managing Director Italy and in various sales and marketing roles, showcased remarkable sales growth and profitability.
