Santhana Krishnasamy

Santhana Krishnasamy is currently an advisor at Kapalya, but has previous experience as a product lead for the Guidewire insurance platform ISV ecosystem & Marketplace. In this role, Krishnasamy led product management activities and was responsible for enabling developers/partners (ISV & System Integrators) to onboard to the DevConnect program through the Developer Portal.

In addition, Krishnasamy designed & delivered tools for developers to monitor & troubleshoot DevConnect SDK/API, measure key business & operations metrics, and partner integrations (add-ons & accelerators). Santhana also worked to enable insurance customers to discover and consume partners developed integrations from the Guidewire Marketplace.

Finally, Krishnasamy designed and implemented the E2E workflow of partner revenue management from the Marketplace to backend systems such as Salesforce platform, B2B Commerce & Oracle ERP. Santhana launched a public Developer Center (developer.guidewire.com) to enable developers to access Guidewire developer product resources (API, sample apps, tutorials, sandbox, blogs).

Santhana Krishnasamy has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from PSG College of Technology and certifications from Couchbase in Data Modeling in JSON, UiPath in RPA Business Analyst & Implementation Methodology, ServiceNow in ServiceNow Virtual Agent, American Management Association in Strategic Alliances and Partnership, American Management Association in Business Conversation Skills, American Management Association in Managerial Effectiveness, and Global Business Management Consultants in Project Management (PMI).
