Shrikrishna Yadav

Shrikrishna Yadav has a strong background in technical and research roles in the coatings and wood care industry. Their most recent position was as the Head of R&D at Kapci Coatings, where they were responsible for R&D operations management, product development for auto and wood coatings, new color development for automotive, technical support for coatings products, and localization of auto refinish products. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager Technical at Pidilite Industries Limited, an Assistant Manager Technical at AkzoNobel, and a Research Associate at Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products Ltd. In these roles, they gained experience in designing and researching wood coating products, including 1K Polyurethane, NC, Acid Cure Melamine, Polyurethane, and wood stains.

Shrikrishna Yadav completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Polymer Technology from Delhi College of Engineering, which took place from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Polymer Science and Chemical Technology from C.C.S University Meerut between 2005 and 2007.
