With a background in Mechanical Design Technology from MATC, Timothy excels in designing and building weld fixtures, developing procedures, and troubleshooting robotic equipment. Timothy's expertise lies in managing teams of engineers and technicians, specializing in high-strength steel and aluminum welding processes.
