Gunash Kamzaevi

Gunash Kamzaevi currently serves as the UX Research Chapter Lead at Kapital Bank since December 2021, guiding a UX research team and implementing strategies for product development and innovation. Previous roles include Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher, where responsibilities involved qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement, and result presentations. Additionally, Gunash has held positions as a Research Expert at Healthy Initiatives ua, Research Fellow at The ESRI, Senior Consultant at Sync-practice, Market Research Supervisor at FINADCO, and Researcher at Navanti Group. Early career experiences include roles as a Customer Support Specialist at ATL Tech, Research Assistant at GeoWel Research, and Surveyor for FAO. Gunash holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
