Mammad Hasanov

Mammad Hasanov, FRM, serves as the Product Owner of the Provisioning and Stress Testing Squad at Kapital Bank since October 2023, focusing on developing and maintaining credit risk models and dashboards for senior management. Prior to this role, Mammad worked at "PASHA Holding" LLC as a Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included updating risk management policies, developing stress testing frameworks, and presenting risk analyses to the board. Mammad’s experience also includes a tenure at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan as an Economist, conducting financial stability assessments and preparing macroeconomic scenarios. Earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Economist and as a Teaching Assistant in Mathematical Statistics at ADA University. Mammad holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from ADA University and participated in an exchange program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
