Riyad Mehdiyev is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and HR technology. Currently serving as an Executive at Churn Vision since June 2024, Riyad drives the development of an innovative HR tech platform aimed at enhancing employee retention and engagement through advanced analytics and AI. Additionally, as a Data Scientist at Kapital Bank since February 2023, Riyad applies machine learning and data visualization techniques to optimize HR and finance operations.
