Riyad Mehdiyev

Riyad Mehdiyev is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and HR technology. Currently serving as an Executive at Churn Vision since June 2024, Riyad drives the development of an innovative HR tech platform aimed at enhancing employee retention and engagement through advanced analytics and AI. Additionally, as a Data Scientist at Kapital Bank since February 2023, Riyad applies machine learning and data visualization techniques to optimize HR and finance operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Researcher for the AllBaku project from September 2019 to February 2023, where Riyad contributed to creating a comprehensive city life platform. Riyad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science with a focus on Statistics and Decision Analysis at Stockholm University from September 2024 to July 2026.
