We are the Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) guild for all IEM students at the LUT Lahti campus. 

We bring together IEM students from many backgrounds and demographics to promote their interests at the university, in the community and in professional environments. Organizing various networking events, workshops, seminars and coffee sessions to connect students with industry professionals and provide resources and support for their academic and career development.

Our guild's international community and connections continue to expand as we grow, fostering global perspectives and opportunities for all IEM students at LUT Lahti.
