Luke is responsible for converting tender opportunities to construction projects. He is highly experienced in cost planning and particularly adept at value management – meaning he excels at being at the forefront of new business.

Luke enjoys looking at drawings and immediately knowing what stacks up, and what doesn’t, and how a project can be improved to achieve the best outcome. As the first hire at Kapitol behind its co-founders, Luke has unquestionably influenced the company’s growth and is proud to be part of its story.
