Andrew Chesley

Andrew Chesley is an associate at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP.

At Kaplan Hecker, Andrew’s practice includes commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and governmental and internal investigations. Through his commercial practice, Andrew has worked on behalf of a large technology company in both federal litigation and arbitration and represented a biopharmaceutical company in false advertising and breach of contract actions in multijurisdictional federal proceedings. He has also worked with a large financial services company on an internal investigation and response to a regulatory proceeding. Andrew’s criminal defense practice includes a wire fraud and identity theft case going to trial in the fall of 2021.
