Stuart Kaplan, MD

Dr. Stuart Kaplan has been a Clinical Dermatologist and Dermatological Surgeon at their own practice since 1987. Stuart has also been an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at UCLA Geffen School of Medicine since 1987. In 1995, Dr. Kaplan became an Attending Physician in Dermatologic Surgery at the West Los Angeles Veterans Hospital. In 2005, they founded and became the CEO of KAPLAN MD Skincare. Since 2015, Dr. Kaplan has been a Board Member of the UCLA Life Sciences Centennial Campaign Board and since 2021, they have been a Board Member of the UCLA Life Sciences Dean's Advisory Board.

Stuart Kaplan, MD obtained their M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1983, following an internship at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1984. Prior to their medical studies, they obtained a BA in Biology from New York University in 1979. Stuart went on to complete a residency in Dermatology at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1984 to 1987.
