Byron Plant is an experienced executive in the multifamily and real estate sectors, currently serving as the President of Kaplan Multifamily since October 2023, overseeing property and asset management for various communities in the Sunbelt markets. Previously, Byron held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Asset Management at Venterra Realty, where responsibilities encompassed acquisitions and investor relations, and Senior Vice President at Virtua Partners, focusing on the development of Single Family Rental and multifamily communities. Additionally, Byron has served as Vice President at Elite Street Capital, Director of Asset Management at Gaia Real Estate, and Executive Vice President at Domain Communities, among other positions. A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance, Byron possesses a robust background in asset management and strategic initiatives throughout a career spanning over two decades.
