Previous roles include Director of Accounts, where Jennifer managed a team of six and a portfolio of over 400 institutional partners, and several directorial positions focused on sales and relationship management across multiple states. With a background in marketing and biology from Loyola University New Orleans, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, improving processes, and enhancing client satisfaction throughout a successful career at Kaplan Test Prep and in earlier roles at Hines Horticulture and Entergy.
