Dientje Lawrence

Dientje Lawrence, EdD, serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Health Segment at Kaplan since January 2022, where leadership involves cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth. Previously, Dientje held various leadership roles at Pearson from May 2007 to July 2021, including Global Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Implementation, overseeing employability strategy and divisional transformations. As Director of New Program Management and Consulting, emphasis was placed on launching over 90 new programs, managing relationships with 40 institution partners. Dientje's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and a BA in English and Psychology from Rollins College.
