Jenna Held Shields

Jenna Held Shields is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in media relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as a Media Relations Specialist at HUB International since January 2009, Jenna has also held the role of Communications Director and now works as a Communications Consultant for Kaplan since August 2005, overseeing communications across various professional services. In addition to these roles, Jenna worked as a self-employed Communications Consultant from April 2008 to October 2024, serving both consumer and business clients, including Hub International. Previous positions include Marketing Director at NEC, Communications Manager at PwC, Senior Account Supervisor at Edelman Worldwide, and Account Executive at Weber Shandwick. Jenna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America.
