Kathy Houlihan

Kathy Houlihan possesses extensive experience in educational operations and management, currently serving as the Director of School Operations at Kaplan Virtual Education since April 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for contract and charter public schools and developing academic coaching roles for student success. Previously, Kathy held various directorial positions focusing on post-enrollment services and operational management of virtual schools, with prior experience as a Department Leader in Math at the University of Miami Online High School and as the owner of Kathy's Private Tutoring. Earlier in career, Kathy was an Operations Manager at Procter & Gamble, managing a significant production facility. Educational qualifications include an MS in Educational Leadership from Kaplan University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of Scranton, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
