Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is currently serving as Team Leader and Agent Experience Officer at Kaplan since October 2022, following a role as Agent Liaison Support Officer at Kaplan Business School from April 2019 to October 2022. Previous experience includes positions as Regional Manager and Student Consultant at Rightway Education and Services from June 2017 to April 2019, and as a Professional Marker at Pearson from June 2016 to June 2017. Mai began the career as a Sales Assistant at TUYETNGA CO. LTD and as a Project Coordinator at FIS. Other roles include Customer Service at Vinhomes Serviced Residences and Teaching Assistant at Cleverlearn English Language Institute. Mai holds a Master’s degree in International Business from La Trobe University, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Cambridge International College Australia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business English from Foreign Trade University, and completed a Migration Skill Assessment for Accountant with CPA Australia in 2019.
