Matthew Sarrell, MBA, is an accomplished workforce manager with extensive experience in contact center solutions and operations management. Currently serving as the Workforce Manager at Kaplan since June 2019, Matthew has previously held key positions at Unique Vacations, Ltd. and iQor, where expertise in workforce management and program oversight was developed. Prior roles include managing call center operations at Sitel and regional operations at TOFF Sprayed-On Bedliners. Matthew's foundation in business operations is strengthened by a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida, complemented by a high school diploma from Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
