Michelle Dyke-Perez

Michelle Dyke-Perez is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational excellence and student success within the education sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence and EPMO at Kaplan since January 2022, Michelle is responsible for leading enterprise project management and operational teams to foster organizational growth through continuous process improvement. Previously, Michelle held the role of Executive Director of Admissions and Student Success for Kaplan Higher Education, managing multiple teams and initiatives across various educational programs. With a solid foundation in admissions and channel development from Kaplan University and regional management experience from the University of Phoenix, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout a career that began with roles in IT training sales and newsroom production. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and International Studies from the University of Miami and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
