Poonam Kapadia

Poonam Kapadia serves as the Executive Director and Vice President of Growth & Strategy at Kaplan Medical Education since July 2025, leading the CME business development team to enhance and expand education offerings for clinicians. Previously, Kapadia held the position of Vice President of Educational Strategic Development at Projects In Knowledge, focusing on CME business development in several therapeutic areas until its transition into Kaplan Medical Education. Prior experience includes roles at the American Gastroenterological Association as Director of Business Development and Manager of Education & Grants, and as Professional Services Manager at i3 Health, where Kapadia specialized in partnerships and education programs for healthcare professionals. Earlier roles include accounting and auditing positions at Pure Bliss Organics, Deloitte, Invesco US, and Automobile Protection Corporation. Kapadia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
