Shane Fitzpatrick

Shane Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Kaplan since October 2016, where responsibilities include producing budgets and quarterly forecasts for the UK, Ireland, and UAE, managing over £100 million in turnover. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Reporting Analyst at Addison Lee from February 2013 to October 2016, where integration of a new FP&A and Reporting function was achieved amid rapid organic growth. As a Retail Analyst for Debenhams from May 2010 to February 2013, Shane oversaw finances for 25 stores with an annual turnover of approximately £380 million, managing the budgetary process and performance measures. Earlier experience includes a directorial position at Tax back for travellers and a Management Accountant role at Atos Origins from January 2006 to January 2009. Shane holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Leeds Beckett University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
