Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), International Honor Society in Education, was founded in 1911 to foster excellence in education and promote fellowship among those dedicated to teaching. 

For more than a century, the Society has consistently grown, starting with a local chapter to become the international organization it is today, with an initiated membership that exceeds 1.2 million!

Using a variety of programs, services, and products, KDP supports and advances educators throughout the phases and levels of their teaching careers.

The Executive Operations team at Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall guidance of the organization. Comprised of high-ranking officials, including the Immediate Past President, the current President, the Chief Experience Officer, and the Chief Advancement & Partnerships Officer, this team ensures that KDP's mission to foster excellence in education and support educators is effectively realized through various programs, services, and initiatives. They oversee organizational governance, partnerships, and the member experience, driving KDP’s growth and impact within the educational community.
