Grzegorz Majchrzak

Grzegorz Majchrzak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering within the telecommunications and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Member of the Board at Kapsch Road Services Ltd. since March 2018, Grzegorz develops business strategies and sets organizational goals. In addition, Grzegorz is the Shared Services Manager for EMENA at Kapsch Group, focusing on building regional shared services and driving organizational change. Grzegorz has held key positions at Kapsch Telematic Services Ltd. and Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included managing operational processes, project delivery, and customer applications across the EMEA region. Grzegorz began a career in engineering at Lucent Technologies, specializing in radio transmission projects. Grzegorz holds a Master of Science degree in Mobile Radio Communication from Gdańsk University of Technology and a technical education in electronics.
