Naresh Sharma

Naresh Sharma began their work experience in 1990 as a Production Engineer at Hindustan Hydraullics (p) Ltd, where they worked until 1991. In 1991, they joined Kapsons Industries Ltd as a Manager Production and was later promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, Naresh Sharma took on the role of Chief Executive (Marketing & Production) at Kapsons Industries Ltd, where they continued to work until August 2022.

Naresh Sharma attended the College of Engg & Tech Akola from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering.
