Additionally, Cyrus has significant experience in both travel and on-demand services within Jumia, focusing on business operations strategies and customer service excellence. Earlier career involvement included a role as a Personal Banker at the Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Cyrus possesses an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science from Chuka University.

When such a large proportion of their income is spent on food, there is very little disposable income left to spend on education, savings or investments. This is a huge blocker to social mobility in Africa. Kapu is on a mission to reduce the cost of living and save consumers in Africa $1 billion over the next 10 years.
