Joan Wanjiru

Joan Wanjiru is an experienced professional in logistics and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Logistics and Head of Fulfillment at Kapu since March 2022, with a focus on enhancing B2C e-commerce in Africa. Prior to this role, Joan held the position of Warehouse Operations Lead at Twiga Foods from March 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing operations, proposing improvements, and overseeing the workflow from goods-in to dispatch. Joan also contributed to the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics as an Assistant Supervisor and Research Assistant from September 2015 to September 2016, participating in demographic research and data analysis. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Philosophy from Egerton University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
