Chi-Chang Chang

Chi-Chang Chang is a notable academic and leader in medical decision science and informatics, currently serving on the KTU International Advisory Board for Karadeniz Technical University, which has gained recognition as a research university in Türkiye. As the Founding Chairman of the International Symposium on Medical Decision Science and several influential conferences focused on healthcare and informatics, Chi-Chang Chang has significantly contributed to the advancement of medical decision-making practices. Additionally, as President of the Medical Decision Science Association of Taiwan, Chi-Chang Chang promotes international collaboration and research in healthcare quality improvement. An esteemed professor at Chung Shan Medical University, Chi-Chang Chang previously held the position of Chair of the School of Medical Informatics, further demonstrating dedication to teaching and research in the field. Education credentials include a PhD in Industrial Engineering Management from Yuan-Ze University.
