Andrew Lu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew began their career in 2004 as a Manager at L.A. Gift's Inc, where they handled customer service over the phone and through email, represented the company at trade shows, and supervised a team of employees. Andrew then served as a Store Manager at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant in 2013 and later worked as a Cook/Server at Yojie Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Andrew also gained experience as a Supervisor and Bartender/Server at Jazz Cat Restaurant from 2010 to 2012. In addition, they worked as a Line Cook/Cashier at Rokyo Ramen Food Truck in 2011 and as a Front Desk Agent at The SLS Hotel from 2010 to 2011. Andrew also had a role as a Special Event Staff at Culinary Staffing Solutions in 2010 and as a Line Cook at Fazoli's from 2005 to 2007. Andrew started their career in 2004 as a Server at Peking Deli, where they managed 12 tables and efficiently multitasked different duties. Most recently, Andrew has been working as a Central Kitchen Operations Supervisor at Lollicup USA, Inc since 2014.

Andrew Lu's education history includes attending the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Andrew also attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2006 to 2010, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Behavioral Sciences.
