Jeffrey Spector

Jeffrey Spector is the Co-Founder and President of Karat, where Jeffrey is building the Interviewing Cloud and reshaping the future of technical hiring. Prior to this, Jeffrey held roles such as Chief of Staff to Co-Chair Melinda Gates at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Program Analyst at Financial Services for the Poor, Investment Analyst at BKF Asset Management, and Vice President of Business Development at Linktone Ltd. Jeffrey graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
